What was the highlight of Hotel Vibra Beverly Playa
Overall very enjoyable stay and would come back for another stay
Savoury meal choices were very good in the restaurant with lots of healthy choices and good choice of breads. Good that fresh water was available with coffee and tea for breakfast. Liked the fact it was buffet with a good window of opening for breakfast and dinner. Room was lovely and clean and had a superb view and the bed was comfortable. The ensuite was great with soaps and cream supplied with very nice white towels. The room service attendants were very helpful and friendly. In fact all the staff in the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Outside bar with friendly staff like Carlos was good and served tasty cocktails with a nice seating area around the pool. Loved the cold swimming pool for a refreshing dip after dancing lessons and the warmer one and the proximity of the beach which was very well maintained and clean and litter free. The hotel is a short walk from the town which was full of shops and amazing massage places.
Desserts universally were awful and didn't bother with them after a few days. Draft wine was awful quality so didn't bother paying for all-inclusive. Hated the fact I couldn't have a cup of tea or coffee in the evenings in my room. I hardly sleep and rely on hot drinks during the night so that was disappointing. Needed a blanket.

Great staff; great location; address a few minor issues and you would easily be a genuine 4* hotel.
Staff were fantastic - we couldn't fault any one of them. Friendly, efficient, helpful... Room was lovely, everything was spotlessly clean.
Food was OK; nothing memorable. Drinks - unbelievably bad! Where do you get your spirits from? They were awful! I'd stay at the hotel again, but Room Only or Bed & Breakfast. Such a shame that the tennis court and crazy golf were so run down and unusable - why? It wouldn't take much to get them useable again.

Breakfast was great, as well as dinner. The view from the room was awesome.
There is no air condition in the hallway. The rules with tokens and cups are ridiculous, there are no complementary drinks.

Very Good
I had all inclusive and food was very various and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms restaurant and pools were clean
Beds were rough and old, rooms need to be renovated.
